If you want a high-fidelity, long-battery life headset for immersive listening on a long flight or during deep work sessions, choose HomeSpot JM320; if you need safety-first audio that keeps your ears open to the world while running in the rain, choose Yistao Bone Conduction Headphones.
• HomeSpot JM320: Delivers premium Hi-Res sound with 60-hour battery life and passive noise isolation, but requires an over-ear design that blocks ambient noise entirely. Best for travelers and audiophiles who prioritize immersion.
• Yistao Bone Conduction Headphones: Offers a lightweight, open-ear fit with IP68 waterproofing and built-in storage for phone-free workouts, but sacrifices deep bass and offers only 8 hours of playtime. Best for athletes and nurses who need situational awareness.
The HomeSpot JM320 is engineered for people who treat their headphones as a primary destination for music and media consumption. Its defining characteristic is the ability to block out the world through its snug, cup-to-cup earcup design. This isn't just about comfort; it is about creating a dedicated acoustic environment. If you are looking for a device that provides excellent sound isolation without the pressure headaches often associated with active noise cancellation (ANC) systems, this is the solution. The heavy lifting here is done by the physical design, which naturally dampens external noise while you enjoy your content.
For the frequent flyer or the commuter, the battery life is the deciding factor. With a claimed average life of 60 hours on a single charge, these headphones can easily survive a cross-country trip with layovers without needing a recharge. That kind of endurance makes them ideal for airplane travel, where power outlets are scarce and you need your entertainment to last from takeoff to landing without interruption. The ultra-lightweight build, weighing just 190 grams, ensures that even when wearing them for extended periods during long flights, the headband won't cause fatigue.

However, this product is not for everyone. The over-ear design means you cannot wear them if you are trying to maintain full auditory contact with your surroundings. If you are a nurse working in a busy hospital ward where hearing alarms or patient calls is critical, or a runner on a busy street who needs to hear approaching cars, this design will be too isolating. Furthermore, while they support Bluetooth 5.3 and Auracast for connecting to multiple devices, they lack the internal storage found in sport-specific models, meaning you must carry your phone to listen to music unless you have a separate transmitter connected.
The Yistao X6 takes a completely different approach by prioritizing safety and environmental awareness over absolute silence. As an open-ear headphone, it sits outside the ear canal rather than sealing it off. This design choice allows sound waves to pass directly to your inner ear via bone conduction technology, leaving your ear canals completely open. For anyone who needs to stay alert—whether that is a cyclist navigating traffic, a runner in a park, or a nurse moving between patient rooms—this feature is non-negotiable. You can listen to music or podcasts while still hearing the chatter of colleagues, the hum of machinery, or the beep of medical equipment.
Durability is another major selling point for this model. With an IP68 rating, these headphones are fully protected against dust and can withstand submersion in water. This makes them genuinely fearless for all-weather use. If you are training outdoors in heavy rain or sweating heavily during intense cardio, the hydrophobic nano-coating ensures the electronics remain safe. The titanium frame adds a layer of resilience, allowing the band to flex and return to shape without breaking, which is essential for gear that will be tossed into gym bags or worn under helmets.
The standout feature for tech-savvy athletes is the built-in 32GB storage. Unlike most Bluetooth headphones that rely entirely on a paired phone, the Yistao can store over 3,000 songs directly on the device. This means you can leave your smartphone at home during a run or a swim and still enjoy a curated playlist. While the battery life is significantly shorter than the HomeSpot at 8 hours, the quick-charge capability is impressive; a mere 10-minute charge provides 3 hours of playback. This is perfect for those short bursts of activity where you might forget to plug in overnight but need a top-up before heading out.

In my opinion, I would buy the HomeSpot JM320 for my personal daily driver, especially given my need for reliable performance during airplane travel. The sheer convenience of a 60-hour battery life combined with the ability to disconnect from the noise of a crowded terminal or cabin is unmatched. While the Yistao is an incredible tool for specific athletic scenarios, the HomeSpot offers a more versatile, high-quality listening experience for general use. If you are buying for a nurse who needs to hear patients, go with the Yistao. But for the traveler, the student, or the music lover who wants to disappear into their audio, the HomeSpot is the clear winner.
No, the HomeSpot JM320 uses over-ear cups for passive noise isolation, which would block out critical alarms. The Yistao bone conduction model is the safer choice here because its open-ear design allows you to hear your surroundings clearly.
