Technology for Tomorrow (non-profit 501(c)(3) organization) is a committed to advancing the field of STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) in the state of Vermont. Our STEM Academy provides state-of-the-art, high quality, affordable STEM education opportunities to students in Vermont to help them achieve their overall educational objectives. Our professional curricula and courses are aligned with national and state standards and grade expectations as well as with industry standards and the 21st century skills requirements and opportunities. Our STEM program integrates various academic fields as well as applies such fields in a project-based, hands-on, reality-focused learning environment. We also incorporate problem-solving and soft skills into our curriculum such as team building, communication, and social skills. Our instructors are industry-experts with many years of academic and professional experiences in their respective STEM fields and employed by various partner organizations. The STEM Academy is managed and overseen by a Vermont licensed K-12 teacher endorsed in Educational Technology.
Our STEM Academy partner organizations and industry experts who will be our instructors, content providers, and subject experts include Efficiency Vermont, EIV Technical Services, Vermont Community Access Media (VCAM), Vermont Department of Transportation (VTrans) Desai Management Consulting, and more.
We are officially a state of Vermont Vocational Rehabilitation (VocRehab) and Vermont Department of Labor Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) approved training provider.
