This Privacy Policy explains how the AI Home Exterior Designer 3D application ("App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, and shares your information when you use our mobile application. We are highly committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy has been specifically drafted to comply with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines regarding Data Collection (5.1.1) and Data Use (5.1.2), particularly concerning the use of third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) services.
We collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to provide our core service. The only personal data or user-generated data we collect is:
Text Prompts: The text descriptions you type into the App to describe the home exterior, architectural style, or building you wish to design (e.g., "A modern two-story house with glass balconies").
We do NOT collect:
Your name, email address, or phone number.
Your location data or GPS coordinates.
Your existing personal photos, camera roll, or photo library (the App only requests "Save" permissions to export the final AI-generated image to your device, it does not read or upload your existing personal photos).
The data (Text Prompts) is collected actively and directly from you only when you type into the text field within the App and explicitly tap the "Generate Render" button.
The Text Prompts you provide are used for one single, exclusive purpose:
To generate the 3D architectural exterior design image that you requested within the App. We do not use your Text Prompts for marketing, tracking, profiling, or any other unrelated purposes.
To provide the advanced 3D architectural generation features, the App transmits your Text Prompts to industry-leading, secure third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) service providers.
Before any data is transmitted, the App displays an in-app "AI Data Consent" screen that clearly identifies these providers and requires your explicit, affirmative permission to proceed.
If you grant permission, your Text Prompts are transmitted securely to the following specific third-party AI services:
OpenAI, L.L.C. (OpenAI): We send your raw text prompt to OpenAI's API strictly to translate and enhance the architectural vocabulary for better rendering.
Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs): The enhanced text prompt is then sent to Replicate's API (utilizing the Flux model) strictly to generate the final visual image of the home exterior.
We have confirmed that the third-party AI services we use (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
No Model Training: Both OpenAI (via API) and Replicate process the Text Prompts ephemerally to generate your image. They do not use your Text Prompts to train, improve, or fine-tune their foundational AI models.
Data Retention: The data sent to these APIs is retained only for the short duration necessary to return the generated image back to your device, after which it is discarded according to their strict API enterprise privacy policies.
We do not send any Text Prompts to the aforementioned third-party AI services until you have explicitly tapped "Agree and Continue" on our in-app AI Consent disclosure screen. If you decline, no data is sent, and the generation process is aborted.
Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to send any personal information about yourself to us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
