Dan Dix is a dedicated and accomplished coach with a long-standing commitment to youth athletics. His coaching career spans over two decades, marked by consistent success and leadership across multiple sports.
From 2008 to 2011 and again from 2017 to 2022, Dan coached three different teams at Arvada Youth Football, leading them to four consecutive Carnation Bowl victories with two of those teams. His ability to build winning teams and foster young talent has been a hallmark of his coaching style.
In 2023, Dan joined the Pomona High School football program as the Head Freshman Coach, bringing his experience and passion to the next level of competition. His involvement with Pomona extends back to 2002, where he began as a youth wrestling coach. He served as the Head Youth Wrestling Coach from 2006 until his retirement from wrestling in 2023.
Dan’s legacy is defined by his dedication to developing young athletes, his strategic coaching approach, and his unwavering commitment to sportsmanship and team success.
