As a free app, this application does not require submission of user registration information. Our product is developed based on DCloud uni app (5+App/WiP2App), and during the application's operation, it needs to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/Android ID/DEVICE-ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information) for statistical analysis services. Through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis, we improve performance and user experience, and provide better services for users.
1.1 When you register for a HomeHelp PartnerAPP account, in accordance with laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, the HomeHelp PartnerAPP platform will collect your mobile phone number and other information to help you complete the registration and protect the security of your account. Mobile phone numbers are sensitive information, and collecting such information is to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations for network real name registration. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use the services of this app normally.
When you use the services provided by the HomeHelp PartnerAPP platform, the platform will collect your personal information such as your phone number, making it more convenient for you to use the services provided by this platform. If you are already a registered user of this app, you can directly log in to this app using your registered phone number/username, password, other associated social accounts, etc. Our platform will collect the login information you provide and verify it. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not be able to use the services provided by this app normally. This app will also collect device information for hardware binding and login security enhancement. If you do not provide the above information, you will not be able to log in or retrieve your password, but this does not affect your normal use of the functions or services available without logging in.
1.2 When you use the services provided by this APP, you may need to provide or authorize this platform to collect personal information required for the corresponding services. If you refuse to provide or authorize, you may not be able to use the corresponding functions or services.
(1) When you use the personal WeChat or QQ authorization login function, this platform requires you to provide the nickname, avatar, and other information of your WeChat or QQ account for setting up WeChat or QQ account associations with customer avatars. This app currently does not support fingerprint/facial recognition login methods and will not collect any information from you in this regard.
(2) When you are a real name authentication customer for this APP, if you need to retrieve your login password, this platform needs to verify your identity information, including phone number, name, ID type, ID number, and other information. When you are a non real name authentication customer of this APP, if you need to retrieve your login password, this platform needs to verify your phone number information.
(3) When you use the real name authentication service provided by this app, the platform requires you to provide your name, ID type, ID number, and other information, and may verify the validity of the relevant information through account/password verification. (5) When you use the on-site search service provided by this app, the platform will collect your search keyword information. (10) Based on the software service toolkit (SDK), this app may use software service toolkits provided by third-party service providers with corresponding business qualifications and capabilities to provide services to you in certain specific usage scenarios. The third-party service providers will collect necessary information from you. Specifically, it includes the following types:
1) Baidu positioning SDK. In order to provide you with location-based services, this app uses the Baidu Maps SDK, which requires obtaining your phone's IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity), MS | (International Mobile User Identity), hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, MAC address, and latitude and longitude information to achieve positioning functionality.
2) Xiaomi pushes SDK. In order to provide you with timely service notifications, this app uses the Xiaomi Push SDK, which requires obtaining your mobile terminal's unique identifier information (IMEI number), phone model, system type, system version, network type, and SIM card operator information to implement push services.

4) WeChat SDK. 5) Huawei pushes SDK. In order to timely push message notifications to you, this app uses the Huawei Push SDK, which requires obtaining your mobile terminal's unique identifier information (IMEI number) and Serial Number Topic subscription relationship information, used to implement push services.
6) Alipay SDK. In order to provide you with the payment/purchase service of this app, this app uses the Alipay SDK, which needs to obtain the account information (avatar, nickname, region) you are authorized to share from Alipay for binding your Alipay account with your app account.
7) Cloud based facial recognition SDK. When using this app in scenarios involving facial recognition, including real name authentication and other functions, it is necessary to collect your device model, IMEI number, system version, and phone model. 9) OKHTTP, OKIO, AFNetworking. In order for you to access the relevant business in this APP normally, we have used Square's okhttp, okio, and open-source component AFNetworking. The above SDK will not obtain any personal information from you and is only used as a network request tool.
10) SQL cipher. In order to improve the security of your local data, we have used sqlcipher to encrypt the database. This SDK does not collect any personal information from you and is only used for local encrypted database.
11) VIVO pushes SDK. In order to timely push service notifications to you, we have used the VIVO Push SDK to implement APP push services. This SDK does not retrieve your personal information.
12) OPPO pushes SDK. In order to provide you with timely service notifications, we have used the OPPO Push SDK to implement app push services, which does not collect your personal information.
13) Fingerprint authentication SDK. In order to provide you with convenient payment functions, we have used a fingerprint authentication SDK to implement app fingerprint payment, which does not obtain your personal information.
1.5 Collecting device information
Our product is developed based on DCloud uni app (5+App/WiP2App), which requires the collection of your device's unique identification (IMEI/Android ID/DEVICE-ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information) during application operation to provide statistical analysis services. We improve performance and user experience by analyzing application startup data and abnormal error logs, and provide better services to users.

To ensure the implementation of software related functions and the safe and stable operation of applications, we may integrate software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties to achieve related purposes.
