End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Rapid Dijital, the provider of the Home AI - House Makeover mobile application ("Home AI", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Home AI, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the App.
Use the App for any commercial purposes or illegal activities.
Share, distribute, or sublicense any part of the App to third parties.
Use the App in any way that may damage, disable, or interfere with its functionality.
All rights, titles, and interests in Home AI, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Rapid Dijital. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
Home AI does not collect personal information beyond the photos you upload for design purposes. These photos are securely stored on our servers, and only you have access to them within the app. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Dijital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
