Registration
We closed the applications to financial support/VISA assistance/poster presentation as the deadline (Feb.28) has passed. Currently we only accept the registration for onsite participations or zoom online participants. The deadline is April 20. The workshop will start in the morning on May.25 and will end in the evening on May 27. We will ask each participant to pay 1000 yen for coffee break during this 3 days workshop. We will have a reception dinner on the first day (May 25), which will cost 2000 yen for each person.
Venue
The workshop will be held at Panasonic Auditorium, Yukawa Institute for Theoretical Physics, Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan. Please check the "Access maps" for the location of YITP, and the "Detailed map".
Beware of Fraudulent Travel Agencies
Please be cautious of scams from individuals pretending to be travel agency employees (e.g. Global Travel Team). They may try to steal your credit card number. No travel agency will contact you directly for this workshop. If a suspicious agency or person contacts you, please confirm with us. Please ignore any emails claiming to be related to this workshop unless they are sent from the domain yukawa.kyoto-u.ac.jp or by a member of the Local Organizing Committee."
