The 6G system will be a holistic end-to-end (E2E) architecture that tightly integrates communication, sensing, computing, and intelligence, supported by a flexible enabling platform to deliver immersive, sustainable, and human-centric services across digital and physical domains. As 6G moves to the standardization phase, 6G development is expanding from research to systemization analysis, early validation, and proof of concept. It progresses from the 6G key enablers that connect the human, physical, and digital worlds to advanced technology readiness. The goal is to design a system blueprint aiming at the sustainable, inclusive, and trustworthy 6G platform that should meet the future needs of serving and transforming society and business. With the aim of providing a platform for experts from academia and industry to present and discuss innovations and enablers towards holistic 6G radio design, this workshop calls for original, completed, and unpublished work not currently under review elsewhere.
