In this video, Grace shares her Yoga journey and what she has learned as a yoga practitioner.
She uses the chair as a starting point as it can be practiced by most people from elderly to the young as well as people who have limited movement. As we spend much time seated, it is important to check in with one’s posture while seated.
She has curated 7 segments as below in the practice, which can be done on its own, or combined as before and after one's own choice of other forms of exercise.
