This Privacy Policy applies to the Hold the Tile! mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed by Kamen Studio (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require user registration or directly request personal information such as your name, email address, or contacts.

Game progress and user settings are stored locally on your device.

To improve gameplay and understand how the Application is used, the Service Provider uses Google Firebase Analytics.

When analytics is enabled, the following information may be collected:

Gameplay information: Game events, match results, player progression, and interactions with game features.
Usage information: App launches, session activity, engagement, and other automatically collected events.
Device information: Device model, operating system, app version, language settings, and technical characteristics.
Identifiers: Pseudonymous identifiers generated by Firebase Analytics.
Approximate location: General geographic information, such as country or region, derived from network information.

This information is used to analyze gameplay, improve game balance, identify issues, and enhance the overall user experience.

The Application does not use analytics data for personalized advertising or sell personal information.

Location Information

The Application does not collect precise GPS location data or request access to your device's location services.

The Application uses Cloudflare to determine the user's approximate region based on their IP address. This allows the Service Provider to apply appropriate privacy and consent requirements.

The Service Provider does not store IP addresses through this regional verification service. Cloudflare may process technical connection information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Analytics and Your Choices

The Application provides users with control over analytics data collection.

Where required by applicable law, the Application requests your consent before enabling optional analytics. You may accept or decline without affecting your ability to play the game.

In other regions, analytics may be enabled by default where permitted by law.

You can enable or disable analytics collection at any time through the Application's settings.

If your region cannot be determined, analytics collection remains disabled until the appropriate privacy requirements can be established or valid consent is obtained.

Disabling analytics stops future collection but does not automatically delete previously collected information.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services:

Google Firebase Analytics

Used to collect and analyze gameplay statistics, application usage, and technical information.

Cloudflare

Used to process regional verification requests and determine applicable privacy requirements.

These providers may process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

Data Retention and Deletion

Analytics information is processed and stored through Google Analytics services.

Detailed user-level and event-level analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, depending on the configured retention settings. Aggregated statistical reports may remain available for longer periods.

You can stop future analytics collection at any time through the Application's settings.

You may request the deletion of previously collected analytics data by contacting the Service Provider at kamen.interactive@gmail.com. Additional information may be needed to identify the relevant data.

Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where required by applicable law, analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent.

In other circumstances, the Service Provider may process analytics data for the legitimate purpose of understanding and improving the Application, where permitted by applicable law.

Limited network information is processed to determine applicable privacy requirements and manage consent preferences.

Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The Service Provider encourages parents and guardians to supervise their children's use of online services.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, or have concerns regarding a minor's privacy, please contact kamen.interactive@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect user information and minimize unnecessary data collection.

Data transmitted to third-party services uses secure connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on your location, applicable data protection laws may provide you with rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the Application, its services, or applicable legal requirements.
