New Irrigation Emergency Phone Number Available

A new phone number is available for the irrigation emergency line: 208-953-1227. This number should be used if you experience an irrigation emergency outside of regular business hours. Otherwise, call 208-939-6000

Special Meeting About Trees

1-16-2020

A special meeting was held at Andrus Elementary School on January 6th, 2020 at 6:30pm to address concerns about the removal of trees along Hobble Creek Dr. There was approx 40 homeowners who attended. After much discussion is was decided to select a HC Drive tree committee from those members who attended and volunteered for the task. The committee will do additional research and provide suggestions to the board on how to proceed. We will update all home owners after the special committee has submitted their recommendation due by April 15th 2020. If you would like to submit a suggestion or comment to the committee please email: lashae@dev-services.com and it will be passed on to the committee.

Dues Bills Mailed Out

Did you receive your dues mailer? They went out in December. The dues for 2020 are $425, and can be paid online or mailed to DSI. For payment information, click the Dues link on this page.

The Hobble Creek Board does not post board information on social media. The Board sends email if we have your email on record, a mailer postcard to advise of important events and special meetings, and mails annual dues invoices. If you have a question or comment for the Hobble Creek Board of directors please use the management company contact at the bottom of this page.
