Hoang Huy Nguyen

I am a third-year ACO (Algorithms, Combinatorics & Optimization) Ph.D. candidate at the Georgia Tech ISyE department. My research focuses on obtaining finite-time convergence guarantees for queuing systems, sampling methods, and continuous optimization algorithms. I am very fortunate to be advised by Professor Siva Theja Maguluri.

Prior to this, I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Computational Sciences with a concentration in Mathematics & Operation Research at Minerva University.

By the way, I'm not an Olympic swimmer, nor a Vietnamese National team football player, nor an IPhO gold medallist (got this idea from Kim Dong Ryul website, also the math guy, not the songwriter guy). Becoming the most famous Nguyễn Huy Hoàng is tough.
