By downloading, installing, or using the application ("App"), you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not install or use this App.
The entire App, including but not limited to source code, design, database, interface, trademarks, and other intellectual property assets related to the app, is the property of us.
You are not permitted to copy, reverse engineer, modify the App, or create derivative works from this App.
You may not extract or attempt to extract the App's source code, translate the App into other languages, or attempt to commercialize the App without written permission.
Not a medical device: Our app is a software tool intended to assist with amplifying and adjusting sound, and is not a certified medical device.
This App is not designed to replace professional hearing aids, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any hearing loss or medical condition.
Volume Warning: Using high volume levels for extended periods may cause permanent hearing damage. You are solely responsible for setting the volume and the duration of App usage. We shall not be liable for any hearing impairment or medical damage arising from the use of the App.
You are responsible for keeping your iOS device and access to the App secure. We recommend that you do not "jailbreak" your phone, as this may compromise the security of your iOS device and cause the App to malfunction.
The App may require an active internet connection to function optimally. We cannot take responsibility if the App does not work at full capacity due to your device not having a Wi-Fi connection or running out of cellular data.
Since our app is distributed exclusively through the iOS platform, your download and any transactions made within the App (In-App Purchases) must also comply with the Terms and Conditions and Payment Policies of the Apple App Store.
The App is currently designed exclusively for iOS. System requirements (and for any additional systems we decide to extend to) may change, and you will need to download updates if you wish to continue using the App.
We do not promise that it will always update the App so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the latest iOS version installed on your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of the App at any time without prior notice, if we discover you are abusing the App, violating these Terms, or taking actions that harm the system and reputation of the app.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Le Hoang (Orpheus) disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to device failure, data loss, or loss of profits) arising from your use or inability to use the App.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on the App.
