Mandatory Eight Hours Safety and Health Seminar is required by the Department of Labor and Employment in pursuant to the Republic Act No. 11058 which was approved on August 17, 2018, "An Act Strengthening Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards and Providing Penalties for Violations thereof."
