What is Buy More Save More (BMSM)?

Customers purchase a specified quantity of a single SKU to enjoy a discount; the more they buy, the lower the average price per unit.

Example:

• Product A original single-item price is $29.8

• Buy 2 items for $57.6, averaging $28.8 per unit

If a customer buys 3 items, 2 of them total just $57.6, while the 3rd item is priced at the original single-item price of $29.8

Merchants can now independently create BMSM promotions within MMS 2.0.

Batch Create Buy More Save More

Step 1: Download the template and fill in the promotional offer details

• Each product can be set with up to 4 tiers of discounts, and the average unit price of each tier must be lower than the previous tier to achieve "Buy More, Save More."

• Start and end dates for the promotion can be scheduled. Date format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS (e.g., 2026-04-01 00:00:00)

• Promotion details and tags must be specified in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English

Important Notes:

• [Discount Level 1] Product quantity is defaulted by the system to "1" piece; merchants must provide the product promotional price (red price)

• [Other Discount Levels] Except for Discount Level 1, the product quantity and price for other discount levels can be customised.

• Merchants must fill in the discount price and quantity for both Discount Level 1 and Discount Level 2.

Step 2: After filling out the file template, upload it to the MMS system and review the upload results.

[Scenario 1] If all upload results show "Success", click "Confirm" to complete the upload.

[Scenario 2] If the upload results show partially "Success" and partially "Failed", please download the error report to check the cause of failure, make modifications, and re-upload until all results show "Success", then click "Confirm" to complete the upload.

Step 3: After confirming the upload, a system message notification will pop up. Merchants can also check the status of promotion creation/modification on the Bulk Discount page at any time

Export Report

Select the date range and store ID for the promotional event you wish to view, export the report, and review the details of the major discount promotion.

Single Edit Buy More Save More 

Location: MMS 2.0 > Promotion Management > Buy More Save More > Edit

Modify the required information, scroll to the very bottom, and click "Submit" to complete the editing

Batch Edit Buy More Save More

Export a report to quickly fill out the bulk editing file.

Location: Buy More Save More > Batch Upload > Batch Edit > Next

• Download the file template and fill in the details of the promotion content to be modified

• Merchants can copy the SKU ID information to be modified from the currently exported report and make edits

• After completing the modifications, simply re-upload the document to the MMS 2.0 system

Important Notes for BMSM Promotion Set Up

❌Promotions that CANNOT run simultaneously with BMSM promotions:

• Mix and Match promotion

• Free Gift promotion

• Redemption Promotion

• Another set of BMSM Promotion

• Promotion Contract

• VIP Member Day

***If an SKU already has VIP Pricing, BMSM cannot be created. However, VIP Pricing will override an SKU that already has an existing BMSM promotion.

✅Rules for promotions that CAN run simultaneously with BMSM promotions:

• Free Gift promotion

• Redemption Promotion

Important Information:

• SKUs with BMSM promotions can still be included as "Triggering SKUs" for the aforementioned Gift or Redemption promotions (i.e., buyers purchasing this SKU can still trigger the free gift / redemption)

• However, SKUs with BMSM promotions cannot be used as the free gift or redemption item itself for that promotion.
