Why do we need to set a warehouse address?

• Before uploading products, merchants must first set up a warehouse address in the MMS system, including the warehouse address, return address, and contact details; otherwise, they will not be able to upload products.

• Each delivery mode for a product (e.g., standard delivery, merchant delivery) has a specific warehouse ID.

• Merchants need to configure the appropriate warehouse ID according to the product type and delivery mode.

• If merchants use the GOGOX receiving service, warehouse ID 01 can only be assigned to dry goods.

Merchant arranges in-hub themselves

If the standard delivery merchant arranges in-hub themselves (including: arranging their own staff and/or using a third-party logistics provider, without signing an HKTVmall exclusive GOGOX contract) 

• For dry goods, the default warehouse ID suffix is “01”. Please set up a warehouse address for Warehouse 01.

• If you sell products other than dry goods, it is recommended to add additional warehouse IDs and set up warehouse addresses for different temperature categories, and then select the corresponding warehouse ID when uploading products:

  • 1. • Frozen Food (-18°C)

       • Chilled Food (0-4°C)

       • Chilled Vegetables/Fruits (0-4°C)

       • Vegetables/Fruits/Eggs (Room Temperature)

*You may add and use up to 02 to 06 warehouses. It’s recommended to create different warehouse IDs by product category. 

Using GOGOX for Delivery: Additional Warehouse ID Required

If the standard delivery merchant has signed an HKTVmall exclusive GOGOX contract, please note:

• GOGOX only accepts dry goods with warehouse ID suffix “01”. Please set up the warehouse address for Warehouse 01. When uploading products that will be received by GOGOX, you must also select Warehouse ID 01.

• GOGOX cannot deliver the following categories of products. These items must be handled by the merchant for in-hub, please add additional warehouse IDs* and set up warehouse addresses, and select the relevant warehouse ID when uploading products:

        • Chilled Vegetables/Fruits (0-4°C)

Standard Delivery - Check Packaging Color 

• Each merchant is assigned an exclusive packaging color.

• Merchants must use tape (or cartons) in the specified color to be accepted for warehousing.

• Orders that do not use the specified-color packaging will be charged a re-packaging fee of HKD 100 per order.

• Packaging materials can be purchased from HKTVmall – Logistics Department, or merchants may purchase packaging independently based on the specified Pantone color.
