協會宗旨和願景 

Mission and Vision of the Association:

• 為本港鋼琴教師提供完善和正統的鋼琴教學法培訓

To provide comprehensive and proper piano pedagogy training for piano teachers in Hong Kong

• 特別為新入職的老師增強各種音樂技能丶跟他們分享教學經驗丶推介不同的教材，令他們能裝備好自己，建立教學的信心

To particularly enhance various musical skills for newly-joined teachers, share teaching experiences with them, and recommend different teaching materials, enabling them to equip themselves well and build teaching confidence

• 定期舉辦不同類型的音樂活動，如：有關不同音樂課題的講座丶工作坊丶交流音樂會丶慈善音樂會或音樂比賽等

To regularly organize various types of music events, such as seminars on different music topics, workshops, exchange concerts, charity concerts, or music competitions

• 邀請世界各地知名音樂學院或本港知名的大學教授丶講師丶本地鋼琴家丶音樂教育家主持講座或作評判

To invite renowned professors and lecturers from music conservatories around the world or well-known local universities, local pianists, and music educators to host seminars or serve as adjudicators.

• 提供交流平台讓在職鋼琴老師或有意投身鋼琴教學的人士進行教學分享及交流，從而提高鋼琴教學水平，為未來新一代提供優質的鋼琴教學和音樂教育

To provide a platform for exchange, allowing in-service piano teachers or those interested in pursuing piano teaching to share and discuss teaching methodologies, thereby improving the standard of piano teaching and providing quality piano and music education for the next generation

• 推廣音樂的普及文化，提高本港的音樂水平，培養將來的音樂家和欣賞音樂的觀眾，將音樂回饋社會 

To promote the popularization of music culture, enhance the music standard in Hong Kong, nurture future musicians and music-appreciating audiences, and give back to the community through music.
