Hannah Skelly, MA, has twelve years of experience working with international donors, private partners and governments to provide technical support, lead project design, and implement programs in health, education and ICT4D internationally. Ms. Skelly has managed multi-million dollar activities from conception to completion, leading communications with partnering firms and public and private clients including USAID, the World Bank, DFID, UNICEF, U.S. state governments, Gavi, GlaxoSmithKline, the Coca-Cola Foundation and USIP. Ms. Skelly has demonstrated knowledge of USG and USAID regulations governing grants and contracts, including CFR and ADS. Additionally, Ms. Skelly has experience in business development, strategic planning, and the production of proposals and grant applications with a combined value of over $550 million. Ms. Skelly has a working proficiency in French (3S/4R).
