(Apr. 2024) Prof. Noh leads a new research project "International Standardization Activities on Train-to-Train (T2T) Communications" (Apr. 2024-Oct. 2024) funded by Korea Railroad Research Institute (KRRI) as a PI.

(Mar. 2024) Prof. Noh leads the second phase of the research project "New Waveform Technology Investigation for Overcoming RF Impairments in mmWave/Sub-THz Frequency Bands" (Mar. 2024-Dec. 2024) funded by Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI) as a PI.

(Feb. 2024) Prof. Noh's manuscript entitled "Spectral Efficiency Enhancement of FM-OFDM Waveform Using Offset Modulation Techniques" was accepted for publication in IEEE Wireless Communications Letters (Impact factor = 6.3, Top 18.7 percent in the field of Telecommunications).

(Nov. 2023) Prof. Noh was awarded with Hanbat National University Research Fund.

(Oct. 2023) Prof. Noh's article entitled "Integration of 5G mmWave-enabled V2I and V2V: Experimental Evaluation" was accepted for publication in IEEE Communications Magazine (Impact factor = 11.2, Top 4 percent in the field of Telecommunications).

(Jul. 2023) Prof. Noh gave an invited talk "mmWave-Enabled Connected Vehicles: Standardization, Implementation, and Field Trial" at Soonchunhyang University, Asan, Korea.
