SAMINI, M.H. dari Partai Golongan Karya merupakan Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Ngawi yang paling lama menjadi anggota Dewan. tercatat diarsip, Beliau menjabat selama 7 periode, yaitu mulai periode 1987 s/d 2024, dan kosong pada periode 1999-2004. Beliau lahir di Kediri tanggal 29 Agustus 1937, tinggal di Dsn. Pule Rt.001 Rw. 003 Ds. Ngrambe Kecamatan Ngrambe Kabupaten Ngawi.
