800 mL of filtered water
3 black tea bags (plain black tear or English Breakfast)
2 Lemons, juiced
1/3 c. sugar
Makes about 1 liter
Boil water. Once boiling remove from heat and add tea bags and let steep for 5 min. Juice lemons and add juice and sugar to a glass liter bottle. Shake to start dissolving the sugar. Once tea has steeped, add to the glass bottle. Place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 12 hours. Shake before serving.
