Biography

Hiroki Takahashi is an assistant professor in Institute of Systems and Information Engineering, University of Tsukuba.

He is also a visiting researcher at the National Institute of Advanced Science and Technology (AIST). 

His research interests are economic experiments, service engineering, management science.

筑波大学 システム情報系 助教．サービス業における，従業員とサービス利用者の相互作用の研究に従事．特にオンラインレビューや覆面調査などで取得できるサービス利用者の声や，従業員へのフィードバック方法などを研究対象としている．ゲーム理論，実験経済学，計量経済学等の方法を統合的に用いて，従業員とサービス利用者への影響や意思決定を分析する．2022年 東京大学大学院 工学系研究科 技術経営学専攻  博士課程修了．博士（工学)．2022年12月より現職．サービス学会会員．産業技術総合研究所 人間拡張研究センター サービス価値拡張チーム 協力研究員．
