Biography

Hiroki Takahashi is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering, Information and Systems at the University of Tsukuba. His scientific interests lie in service engineering, focusing on innovative management strategies necessitated by the advent of new technologies and services within traditional service industries. 

He received his Ph.D. degree in Engineering from the Department of Technology Management for Innovation at the University of Tokyo. He is also a visiting researcher at the National Institute of Advanced Science and Technology (AIST). 

His research interests are service engineering, economic experiments, management science.

筑波大学 システム情報系 助教。サービス工学を専門とし、伝統的なサービス業界において、新技術や新サービスの出現によって必要とされる新しいマネジメント戦略に関心を持つ。特に近年では、オンラインレビューや覆面調査などで取得できるサービス利用者の声や、従業員へのフィードバック方法などを研究対象としている。主に最適化理論、ゲーム理論、実験経済学等の方法を統合的に用いて、従業員とサービス利用者への影響や意思決定、適切なマネジメント方法を分析する。2022年 東京大学大学院 工学系研究科 技術経営学専攻 博士課程修了。博士（工学)。2022年12月より現職。サービス学会会員。産業技術総合研究所 人間拡張研究センター サービス価値拡張チーム 協力研究員。
