By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
When you register or use the App, we may collect the following personal information:
Email Address – used for authentication, account management, and communication.
Full Name – used to personalize resumes, interview sessions, and reports.
Authentication Data – securely handled using Firebase Authentication.
We collect content that you voluntarily submit while using the App:
Resumes / CVs – uploaded in PDF or text format for AI-based analysis.
Mock Interview Responses – including text responses and voice recordings (which are converted to text).
Performance Reports – AI-generated feedback, scores, and improvement suggestions.
We may collect limited technical information to ensure app functionality:
Device Information – device model, operating system version.
Log Data – basic diagnostic information when errors occur.
Network Status – used to manage real-time features and uploads.
We use collected information to:
Operate and maintain the HireCraft AI App.
Provide AI-powered resume evaluation and mock interview features.
Personalize content and user experience.
Improve app performance and feature quality.

We do not sell your personal data.
Storage Provider: User data is securely stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage).
Security Measures: We use encryption (HTTPS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data.
Data Retention: Your data is retained only while your account is active or as required to provide services.
HireCraft AI uses third-party AI services to deliver its core functionality, including:
AI Providers (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Groq)
Important notes:
Data sent to AI services is used only for processing resume analysis and mock interview feedback.
We do not intentionally share personal identifiers (such as phone number or physical address) unless they already exist in the resume content you upload.
AI providers do not receive access to your HireCraft AI account.
You have full control over your data.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from the Settings section within the App.

Once deleted:
Your profile data is permanently removed.
Uploaded resumes and interview history are deleted from Firebase.
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
HireCraft AI is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated revision date.
