Event Date: Saturday September 29, 2018 - Sugg Farm Park at Bass Lake, 2401 Grigsby Ave Holly Springs NC 27540 Holly Springs, NC

Here's what we have left: Marking spaces, Set Up, Ticket Taker and All around person, and Clean up Crew day after on Sunday (this takes only a few hours)

There are 7 volunteer categories: Marking spaces, Set Up, Breakdown, (Ticket Taker and All around person= duties include dumping garbage cans into dumpster and relieve other volunteers when needed), Clean up day after on Sunday (this takes only a few hours) and Kids Corner. All shifts during event are 5 hours long and generally require that you be able to stand on your feet, perform some physical labor, and have a friendly demeanor. It’s important to wear comfortable shoes and attire.

What we need in Bold >>>>

Space Marking: Measuring and marking spaces with flags day before event on Friday Sept 28, 11am-till done.

Set Up: Volunteers help vendors and event reps with setting up and arranging tables and chairs, transporting items to booths, and other tasks. Volunteers should be able to lift 40 lbs., be on your feet for 5 hours or less, and be able to climb a ladder and setup tents if needed. Saturday Sept 29th, Must be at event by 8am-12pm

Breakdown: Volunteers help with breaking down and packing up items after the close of the show on Saturday evening at 7pm Volunteers should be able to lift 40 lbs., be on your feet for 3 hours or more, and be able to climb a ladder if needed.

Ticket Taker: Volunteers take tickets at ticket table/tent and stamp guests. They may also be asked to apply a wrist band. Be on your feet for 6 hours or more

Kids’ Zone: Volunteers help with outside children interactive zone under tent and keep children entertained, as well as monitor activities.

All around helper: Volunteers should be able to lift 40 lbs., be on your feet for 6 hours or more, and be able to climb a ladder if needed. (duties include dumping garbage cans into dumpster and relieve other volunteers when needed)

Cleanup Crew on Sunday 30th. 1pm till done. Volunteers should be able to lift 40 lbs., be on your feet for 3 hours or more, and be able to climb a ladder if needed.
