Arnico Panday is an atmospheric scientist and policy advisor currently on the Advisory Board of the Nepal Economic Forum. His academic and extensive professional experience covers a range of interlinked issues from environmental science and ecology to air pollution, climate change, international policy, planning, urban development and higher education. He now splits his time between freelance consulting and helping build up a new political party in Nepal.

Mahendra P. Lama

Jawaharlal Nehru University

Prof. Mahendra P Lama, a noted development economist, has been a senior Professor in the School of International Studies in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is presently Chief Economic Adviser in the Government of Sikkim and was a Member of the National Security Advisory Board of Government of India. He has also authored and edited 25 books.

Ambassador of Finland to Nepal

Amb Riina Heikka is the current Ambassador of Finland to Nepal. With over 20 years of experience in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs she is an experienced diplomat, negotiator and networker. She holds a Master of Laws degree from Helsinki University.

Sujeev Shakya is a Himalayan Citizen, a phrase that forms the anchor chapter in the compendium Himalayan Arc. He is Chair of Nepal Economic Forum and Convenor of the Himalayan Future Forum. He is Senior Fellow at the National University of Singapore – Institute of South Asian Studies. An author of six books, he writes extensively on issues on business, economy and development.
