The Candidates apply for Hp govt jobs in lakhs and the total vacancy is only in thousands.

Government jobs have many Tier

If you want to get a government job you have to go through to 3-4 stages/tier.

The first is the aptitude round to check your mental capability.

The second is the physical round to check your physical ability

The third is the medical round to check your medical fitness

Last but not the least is interview round to check your presence of mind.

You have to go through all these tiers along with this high competition.

Then you have to think about getting government jobs.

Slow Process of Government jobs Examination

A government job aspirant has to motivate all the time to get a government job because you have to wait for at least 2-3 years to get clear all the stages. The Government job examination is very slow in India because of our slow government. Who doesn't take their country youth's career seriously?

If You want to get a government job you have to struggle a minimum of 3-4 years and study for 8 to12 hours depending on your exam. you have to live with a timetable to complete your syllabus on time. You have to get rid of your addiction like alcohol, heavy mobile use, laziness and chilling with friends, etc.
