For the last thirty years I have been making clothing for sale at craft fairs. This is immensely satisfying. It allows me to convey to the public the beauty and timelessness of hand weaving, and to receive recognition in return. Hand weaving is very labor intensive, but great satisfaction comes with the doing. I am grateful for the gift of passion for this art form.
I consider the integrity of a woven piece of material as important as the proper choice of style in which it is formed, and indeed, success in creating handwoven garments is to be measured by how well this matching of pattern and material is achieved.
I am fortunate enough to sell my handwoven garments at craft shows around Northern California. If you are interested in my pieces you can find my booth there, or contact me for custom pieces at my given contacts.
