My home is 9.6 miles to the CT Trailhead at Waterton Canyon!
I have put hikers in contact with people I know, who have taken hikers to the trailhead, after booking with me.
This site has a menu!
Look for it - many jewels are to be discovered!
Other CT Trail Angels (listed on the CTF SHUTTLER's LIST) have come to my home , to give hikers rides to the trailhead
https://coloradotrail.org/traveling-the-ct/shuttlers-and-angels/shuttlers-list-by-ctf
NOTE: Starting in 2024, CTF structured their list for Shuttlers: "free" and "for a fee"
The "for a fee" Shuttlers have to pay $250/year, to be on the list
I was on the list, but I do this for fun and asking $20 for gas/time technically is "for a fee" - so I'm no longer on the list
You can also join the Facebook Group "Colorado Trail Hikers, Thru-Hikers and Trail Angel"
You can post transport AND lodging requests there, too
This FB Group is also less restrictive, about "Advertising" and posts in general (no restrictions)
After you've booked with me, I can introduce you to my CT shuttle contacts (via a group text message)
Some of my contacts are on the CTF Shuttler's List - you can reach out to them directly, at anytime!
Let your shuttler know you're staying with me - so they can pick you up at the end of my building
You can work out the details for the trip to the trailhead, directly with your shuttler
My contacts may or may not ask for payment but I always suggest that you make an offer of payment (to avoid burnout, over time)

Rolf is a local, fellow CT hiker and volunteer. He may bring his dog, Sophie, so be sure to let him know if you're allergic to dogs!
He is usually included on the CT SHUTTLER's LIST
He often has cooking fuel available, for purchase.
Verify availability, with Rolf, before leaving for Colorado.

Name Provided (after booking with me)
A neighbor/friend of mine, who a few hundred feet from me, has driven many if my guest/hikers to Waterton Canyon
Only hikers who stay with me are eligible for this ride/option
You need to request this in advance, to see if my friend is available
Does not sell cooking fuel
This may be out of date, but this information was posted online, in the past. I do not vouch for anyone posted in the list below.
