Route #1 to acend Platteklip Gorge

Platteklip Gorge via the default route, starts about 1km down the road from the Lower Aerial Cableway. After being picked up from your centrally located accommodation in Cape Town we make our way to this trail to begin the journey up to the top of the mountain.

Route #2 for Plateklip Gorge trail

The next route to ascend Table Mountain via Platteklip Gorge route is by taking the India Venster trail a part of the way till you reach the cross road between the Platteklip Gorge trail and the India Venster route. This hike takes an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour to accent to the top of Table Mountain.
