End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the **AI Hijab Style Designer** application ("Application").
By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.
## 1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
## 2. AI Content Generation and Usage
The Application utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate fashion and hijab style designs based on user prompts and selected styles.
* **No Guarantees:** You acknowledge that AI-generated images are unpredictable and the Application does not guarantee specific results, exact matches, or flawless outputs.
* **Acceptable Use:** You agree not to use the Application to generate inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or malicious content.
* **Ownership:** The generated designs are provided for your personal inspiration and use. You may not claim copyright over the underlying AI models or the proprietary app interface.
## 3. Privacy and Data Access
Your privacy is critically important to us.
* **Photo Library Access:** The Application strictly requests **"add-only"** access to your device's photo library. This access is used *exclusively* to save the AI-generated designs directly to your camera roll.
* **No Data Mining:** We do not read, scan, upload, or access any of your existing personal photos.
* **AI Processing:** Prompts you enter may be processed via secure third-party APIs solely for the purpose of generating your requested design.
## 4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The Application offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
* Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
* Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
* You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
## 5. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its original content, features, branding, UI/UX, and functionality, is owned by the Developer and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
## 6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Developer. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Developer if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of the Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device.
## 7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.
