Welcome to **AI Hijab Style Designer** ("Application", "we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how your data is collected, used, and shared.
This Privacy Policy is explicitly designed to comply with Apple's App Store Guidelines, specifically **Guideline 5.1.1 (Data Collection and Storage)** and **Guideline 5.1.2 (Data Use)**.
## 2. What Data We Collect and How We Collect It
To provide our core services, we collect a strictly limited amount of data:
* **Text Prompts:** We collect the text descriptions (prompts) and style preferences you actively type into the Application.
* **Photo Library Access (Add-Only):** The Application requests "Add-Only" (Write-Only) permission to your device's photo library. **We do NOT collect, read, scan, or upload any of your existing photos.** This permission is used exclusively to save the final AI-generated image to your camera roll.
## 3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected text prompts for one single purpose:
* To process your creative input and generate a customized hijab fashion design image in real-time.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, we do not sell your data to data brokers, and we do not use your data to track you across other applications.
## 4. Third-Party AI Services & Data Sharing (IMPORTANT)
To perform complex Artificial Intelligence generation, the Application must transmit your text prompts to specialized third-party AI services. We do not build the AI models locally on your device.
**Who the data is sent to:**
1. **OpenAI, L.L.C.:** Your text prompts are sent to OpenAI's API to structurally enhance the fashion descriptions.
2. **Replicate, Inc.:** The enhanced text prompts are then sent to Replicate's API, which runs the image generation model to create the final picture.
**What specific data is shared:**
* Only the **anonymous text prompts** and **style keywords** you type are transmitted to these third parties.
* **NO personal identifiers, NO device IDs, NO location data, and NO photos are ever sent to OpenAI or Replicate.**
**Equal Protection Guarantee:**
We confirm that both OpenAI and Replicate provide the same or equal privacy protection as outlined in this policy. Furthermore, data sent via their enterprise APIs is strictly confidential and **is NOT used to train their public AI models**.
## 5. User Consent
In compliance with Apple Guidelines, the Application will explicitly ask for your consent via an in-app "AI Data Consent" modal *before* any text prompt is ever transmitted to OpenAI or Replicate. You must actively agree to this transmission to use the AI features.
## 6. Data Retention and Security
We do not store your generated images or text prompts on our servers. All generated images are downloaded directly to your local device and stored in your device's local memory. The transmission of your text prompts to our third-party AI partners is secured using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
## 7. Subscriptions and Payments
If you choose to purchase a premium subscription, your payment and subscription data is securely handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your credit card information.
