Hiichat ("we" or "our") considers the privacy of your information as a top priority. Personal information collected:


When you use our services, we automatically collect: the device you use to access our services, and information about your usage of our services.


In order to facilitate your use of our services, the information we collect may include (if any) the type and model of the device you use, the device's unique device identifier (IMEI, advertising ID, MAC address, etc.), operating system, language options and Mobile network information. We use this information to manage our services and operations, including but not limited to troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes, and to improve our services. Please note that our service requires access to your device storage application to store the completed video, but we do not obtain any information (videos, photos, or other content) from your device video storage application.

In order to better experience our services, you should allow us to access recording, camera, microphone, location and other permissions on your mobile phone. You can also disable such access in your phone's settings if you don't agree with it.



Third party services:


You may log in through a third-party service by providing us with your username or other user ID for the third-party service, and you may be required to log in to that service. Using a third-party login will allow us to access your account on that third-party service so that we can post your content to that third-party service when you request it. We do not receive or store passwords for your third-party service accounts.


Information obtained from third-party services:


We work with third-party services that may provide information about you. To the extent we obtain such information, we may use it to develop new services or improve or enhance the services.

When you connect other third-party services to your Hiichat account, those third-party services may share information about you with us.

Certain information may be stored on your mobile device using 'cookies' or similar technologies when you use our services. A cookie is a small text file or data file used to store limited information about the user of the device. It helps us to identify how our users use our services and so that we can continuously evolve and improve it. We use information collected from cookies to improve our services.

Shared with the public via the Service:


By default, content posted through the Services and many actions you perform on the Services are shared with the public.
