Welcome Coach Will Robertson: Coach Will Robertson (also known as Coach Will or Woach Kill) is thrilled to be back at his alma mater as the Head Nordic Ski Coach. Coach Will skied at Highland from 2005-10 before attending Hamilton College in upstate New York where he skied and ran cross country. After college, he was an assistant coach for the Highland Nordic team and coached the Highland Middle School track team from 2014-17. Coach Will moved to Maine in 2017 to pursue his career in Outdoor Education with Apogee Adventures - an organization that runs summer hiking, biking, and service programs for teens. He still works for Apogee today, but now spends part of his offseason in the Twin Cities where he was eager to pick up Nordic coaching again (most recently as the head coach for the Avalon School Nordic team). Coach Will looks forward to continuing the fantastic team culture and tradition of excellence Coach Moening has established at Highland while still making sure new skiers master the important skill of how to distinguish between their left and right skis
Rollerski Rental
We have lots of interest in renting rollerskis for the summer. We have about 25 pairs of rollerskis to rent for the summer ($20 cash or check made out to HPSH). You will need to fill out this form to rent skis. First come, first serve. See coach Corbett or Boruff for check out.

Please join us for the Nordic Banquet March 5th, 6-8pm in Howley Hall (Holy Spirit Basement). Dinner will be Buca di Beppo, and the deadline for tickets was March 1st.

Trail Passes: skiers - we received the Battle Creek (Ramsey County/St. Paul) trail passes. You will get an email with the pass. Keep it on your phone or print a copy. Optional Wirth passes can be purchased with a student discount and we should have that discount code soon.

Thursday, November 2 - Nordic Ski Parent Meeting - High School Room 3303 5:30 pm (lasts about 45 min)
Wednesday, November 15 - First Day of Practice - meet on the track at 3:20
Tuesday, Dec 5, 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. All skiers: We have an athletic movement specialist training us in the gym. Wear loose-fitting clothes. This will be in place of practice.
