Problem: Governor Lamont's manufactured budget crises in CT public higher education will prevent black, brown, and white working-class students from receiving an affordable, quality higher education in CT. 

Solution: Secure $250 million from Governor Lamont and the state legislature to provide emergency funding for CSCU - including the CT State Universities and the Community Colleges - UConn, and UConn Health to undo and prevent further cuts, along with rolling back tuition increases.
