Book a remote session to have me solve your tech issue using screen sharing on your computer, phone, or tablet.

• Remote sessions are always scheduled for a 1-hour block of time - just in case we need it.

• If work is completed within the first half-hour, the remainder of the blocked time is not billed for.

• Longer appointment times are available upon request - just ask when booking and I’ll set it up.

• Please book an Overtime session if you need remote help outside my normal business hours, (Weekdays, 9-5 Pacific Time).

• Please familiarize yourself with Zoom prior to our meeting time, if necessary.
