This Privacy Policy explains how Hanwin Sky (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Hi.AI mobile application (“App”).
Account & Profile Data (optional): Name, avatar, or other data you provide within the App or store locally using shared_preferences/sqflite.
User Content: Messages, characters, creations, and avatars you generate or upload. Some content may be stored in Firebase/Firestore for syncing or backup if that feature is enabled.
Device & Usage Data: App interactions, device type, OS version, crash/diagnostics, and general analytics collected by our services or their SDKs.
Media Access: If you use features like Image Picker or saving to gallery, the App accesses your photos/files per your permission.
Advertising Identifiers: AppLovin MAX and partners may collect ad identifiers, IP address, and device signals for ad delivery and measurement.
Operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
Provide AI chat/creation and avatar generation (e.g., via OpenAI or other AI APIs).
Sync or back up content using Firebase/Firestore (if applicable).
Show ads, including rewarded ads, and measure their performance (AppLovin MAX).
Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud or misuse.
Contract: To provide the App and requested features.
Legitimate Interests: App improvement, analytics, security, and support.
Consent: Where required for ads personalization, notifications, or access to photos/storage.
Service Providers & Partners: Firebase/Firestore, AppLovin MAX, OpenAI or similar AI vendors, crash/analytics tools, and cloud providers.
Legal & Safety: To comply with laws or protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We use AppLovin MAX to serve ads. Partners may use cookies or similar technologies and collect device identifiers to deliver and measure ads. You can limit personalized ads using your device settings when supported.
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Local data stored via shared_preferences/sqflite resides on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App or using in-app options where available.
Access, Correction, Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information subject to legal limitations.
Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: Use your device’s advertising settings to limit ad tracking.
EEA/UK/California: You may have additional rights (e.g., objection, portability). We do not sell personal information as “sell” is defined under the CCPA; if our ad partners’ practices are deemed a “sale” or “sharing,” you can exercise your rights using the device’s privacy settings and by contacting us.
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may transfer information to countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
