If any HHI Volunteers (1) DO NOT have overseas medical coverage, please click here for Travel Insurance options they can consider before leaving or (2) ARE MINORS who are not accompanied by a parent, you will need to have the attached form signed AND NOTARIZED before departing!  Also, if you are planning to drive in Mexico, you must complete our Driver Information form prior to your trip.  This form can be located within the HHI Online Registration system referenced above but, if you have any questions about this (or the other requirements) listed here, please call our office to discuss (541) 414-3341.  Thank you!
