In 1962, John F. Kennedy gave a speech at Rice University expressing his dream to put a person on the moon by the end of the decade. At the time, it was far-fetched and the sheer audacity of the challenge inspired motivation and passion in a way that a smaller goal never could. The term “moonshot” thinking was born which set the foundation to turn the seemingly undoable into one of the greatest achievements of mankind.
As leaders in our organizations, our role is to be creative thinkers and problem solvers. This year’s conference will provide dedicated rooms for moonshot sessions for any group discussions. You will have the flexibility to organize your group and choose the topic for discussion. It will be made available on a first come first use basis.
