Here are codes in Mathematica I wrote for computing the determinants of matrices from some interpolation problems. These results are used in verifying that certain blow-ups of weighted projective planes at a general point are not Mori Dream Spaces.

By minimal degrees:

• Minimal degree = 5,

• Minimal degree = 7,

• Minimal degree = 9.
