There's no exact recipe here... but it's heaven however it happens.
1 bag of wide egg noodles
1 package (or so) pot or farmer cheese
cinnamon sugar
Boil noodles. Drain thoroughly and toss with cheese. Use whatever amount appeals to you. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
