STORE & BRAND LEAD
Full-Time, Permanent | 1 Opening | $22-$25 per hour | 40 hours per week
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is warm, reliable, organized,
and excited about handmade products and creative retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming customer experience
- Handle POS transactions, gift wrapping, opening, and closing
- Receive, price, restock, and organize inventory
- Maintain attractive product displays and the overall appearance of the store
- Introduce customers to our products and the stories behind their makers
- Support social media content, events, and creative workshops
- Independently manage day-to-day store operations
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, reliable, responsible, and proactive
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently
- Available to work at least one weekend day per week and some holidays
BOUTIQUE ASSOCIATE
Part-Time | 2 Openings | $19-$22 per hour | 15-25 hours per week | Flexible scheduling
This is a customer-facing role helping visitors discover thoughtful and distinctive handmade gifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and offer thoughtful product recommendations
- Share product details and the stories behind our independent makers
- Handle POS transactions and gift wrapping
- Price, restock, and organize merchandise
- Maintain attractive displays and a clean, inviting store
- Support inventory, events, workshops, and daily store operations
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Interested in gifts, design, or handmade products
- Retail experience is preferred but not required
- Training will be provided
- Available to work some weekend shifts
