This Privacy Policy applies to the Hex Merge mobile application (the "Application"), operated by Vu Trung Kien (the "Service Provider"). By using the Application, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
The Service Provider does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, or other personal contact details. The Application may store gameplay data (such as progress and settings) locally on your device only.
The Application uses Unity Ads to display interstitial advertisements. Unity Ads, as a third-party service, may automatically collect:
Device identifiers, such as the advertising ID (Google Advertising ID on Android)
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Device and OS information (model, OS version, language, screen settings)
Ad interaction data (ads viewed, clicked, and related performance data)
2. How This Information Is Used
This information is used by Unity to deliver, personalize, measure, and improve advertising, to prevent fraud, and to keep the Application free of charge. The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.
3. Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party service, which has its own privacy policy:

4. Your Choices
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads). You can also uninstall the Application at any time to stop all data collection through it.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
The Service Provider does not store personal data on its own servers. Data held locally is removed when you uninstall the Application. For data held by Unity, please contact Unity through its privacy policy. You may also contact the Service Provider to ask questions about your data.
6. Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at children under 16. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data through the Application, contact us at the email below and we will help resolve it.
7. Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
