This Privacy Policy governs the use of the mobile game application Hex Stack (the “App”) published by our team (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, and using the App, you (“you” or “user”) agree to the practices described in this policy, which complies with Google Play Developer Policies and global data protection regulations.
This policy applies exclusively to the App Hex Stack and all users who access or use the App on Android devices via Google Play. It does not apply to any third-party applications, services, or websites that may be referenced or linked within the App.

The App does not integrate any third-party services that access or process user data. This includes no advertising SDKs, analytics tools, crash reporting systems, social media plugins, cloud storage services, or other external modules. The App operates independently without any external data communication during use.
Since we do not collect any user data, there is no user data to access, correct, delete, or export. You retain full control over all local data generated by the App on your device, and you may delete such data at any time through your device’s system settings.
The App is intended for general audiences and is not targeted at users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided any information (which we do not request), please contact us, and we will promptly delete such information.
