This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the data handling practices for the Hex Color App mobile application ("App") developed by Gabriel Palocz ("i", "me" "mine", "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

   • The App does not collect any financial information from its users.

   • No IP addresses are logged.

   • User email accounts are not accessed.

   • The App does not track the times and hours of use.

   • The App does not access its users contacts, calendars, mails or messages.

   • The App does not access the audio files of its users.

   • The App does not collect information about the location of its users.

   • The App does not access its users camera, pictures or videos.

   • I do not request or store any personal information such as names, email addresses, or contact details.

2. AdMob Advertising:

   • The App includes advertisements served by Google's AdMob service ("AdMob").

   • AdMob uses certain technologies, such as cookies and device identifiers, to provide relevant ads based on users' interests and preferences.

   • AdMob may collect and process non-personal information about your device, including its unique identifiers, device type, IP address, and general location information.

   • This information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the effectiveness of the advertisements displayed in the App.

I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

   • E (ESRB) or PEGI 3 - Suitable for all ages

8. Children's Privacy:

   • The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that we have unintentionally collected information from a child, please contact us to remove the data.

9. Maintenance and Support:

   • Gabriel Palocz, will provide such maintenance or support.

10. Charges and fees:

    • Any use of this application is completely free.

11. Changes to this Policy:

    • We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes to the Policy will be effective upon posting the revised version in the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
