Game Data – Progress, scores, and in-game preferences.
Analytics Data – Device type, operating system, app usage, and performance data through Google Firebase.
Log Data – IP address, device identifiers, and crash reports.

Provide and manage game accounts.
Save and sync your game progress.
Improve gameplay and app performance.
Send important notifications about the Game.
Detect and prevent misuse or fraud.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

By downloading or playing Heroes of Etheria, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for personal entertainment only.

Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party tools.
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
You may log in using Google, Facebook, or Apple.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All characters, designs, and game content belong to Advisory Apps. You may not use them outside the Game without permission.
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Game without prior notice. We are not liable for service interruptions.
The Game is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any loss of data, damages, or issues resulting from use of the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Game.

At Advisory Apps, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you no longer wish to use Heroes of Etheria, you may request to have your account and associated personal information permanently deleted.

Please include the following details in your request:
Your registered email address or the account login method (Google, Facebook, or Apple).
A clear statement that you wish to delete your Heroes of Etheria account.
When you request account deletion:
Your game account and progress will be permanently removed.
Your personal data (email, login credentials, saved settings) will be deleted from our servers.
Analytics data associated with your account will be anonymized or removed.
You will lose access to all in-game purchases, items, or progress, and they cannot be restored.
We may retain certain information if required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our Terms of Service. Any retained data will be minimized and used only for the required purpose.
We will process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive confirmation once your account has been deleted.
