This is correct. Now why are you bringing match maker into conversation about map pool? You do know when player is new(or has been gone for long time) they only play CH? After that they have higher chance for other base maps. After that they play all maps equally statistically. This was implemented already in beta and later edited to include the staple maps of later times while some got removed.

Battlegrounds, or maps, are where the Heroes do battle and matches are fought. Each battleground has a different layout as well as unique features. Completing these special objectives can give your team massive advantages, though these advantages and the means of obtaining them are different on each battleground.

Hi everyone,

I know most of us are still upset about the update so here, as always, we are still alive and kickin. I also would like to apologize for the unnecessary words I have said.

Since Mantra now activates every round, Wight, Kitsune, Killer Queen, and most status effects get removed by the hero now.

To compensate for this, the forum staff, as well as some members contributed to make more efficient decks.

Goal : To be able to achieve high damage in guildmaps despite the lack of previous techniques.

NOTE: Burn and Poison damage are the confirmed skills that do not get removed by mantra.

PROS and CONS

Pros

* This deck can do great damage in most of the guildmap stage.

* Can finish the map with one try if you get lucky.

Cons

* The deck might encounter problems with Hero kill(curse), Disposal, Bullseye and Instakill opponents, not to mention Kitsune and Snow harlots.

HERO:

*Summoner Heroes - intended to absorb the opponent hero's curse. Any hero can be okay in guildmaps, their summons absorb damage for the hero making the battle last longer. There are two heroes that stand among the rest, namely Berserker and Dragon Rider. Though berserker is the best among the summoners because he can summon 3 boars at a time - to which all boars contribute for the damage and damage increase of your creatures.

*Zora Marauder - There is already a page dedicated for that so here is the link ------>>>> Zora deck

On Thursday, July 20th at 8 am PT, we'll be debuting a brand new swampy map called BOGGED DOWN. I don't want to give away too much about this new map and its unique Relic Stations, but expect it to mix up your approach to Wumpa Victory! New maps will be made instantly available to all players upon release. To celebrate its debut, we'll be running a new event called "Bogged Down" where you'll encounter a variety of collectible fish scattered across all maps. Collecting these fish will earn you fun, exclusive cosmetic rewards.

Since the last update, I've been hard at work creating a custom map editor. Or, well, half of the full custom map editor package. This half is known as the node map editor, and allows you to create custom maps by editing the nodes that the procedural map generator uses.

This is actually a highly sophisticated tool that makes creating custom maps in Hero's Hour a quick endeavour. It has built-in functionality for creating symmetric maps that ensure fairness, and as mentioned, it uses the procedural map generator to fill out any stuff you leave undefined.

This also means that finally, unfair maps are coming to Hero's Hour. Such as this one shown above, named Surrounded, in which you're surrounded by a single enemy controlling three Decay towns. Luckily, they can't merge their armies without going through your territory, and you have some extra gold mines at your disposal.

You can find the map editor as well as the new maps within this new tab called Custom Maps within the map selection screen. You can enter the editor either by clicking "NEW" at the bottom of the map list or by clicking "EDIT" after selecting one of the maps.

Since I also want the custom map editor to be useful for the campaign, I am implementing some extra features, such as supporting custom maps where you do not have a town. One of these features are Hostages, a new map object which holds some caged units that will join you when you interact with it. You can also turn off the new Seven Day Rule, which would otherwise kill all heroes and regiments that do not have a town on their side for seven days. As well as of course define the map objects such that a player starts with a hero but not with a town.

I have a request for you. Whether you're new or have followed Hero's Hour for a long time, please come join the Hero's Hour discord - I've recently added a Custom Maps channel, where you can find custom maps that others have made, or share your own. Seeing the creativity people have had with the earlier, very limited node map editor has been a treat. Any feedback as to custom map editor features etc. is also super duper welcome.

I would like to also make a suggestion to add Move time: instant (or really fast) setting in options. Heroes movement on the map might be "too slow" for some players (at least for me) after playing a while. I would like to finish moving heroes faster on map. Maybe it's a case for rendering on my PC I am not sure. Please consider it in future updates :)

Guild Maps are a supercharged version of the Explorer's Gate maps, with Creatures much more powerful than what's found in the single player version. Guilds members enter the map and generally attempt to do as much damage to the enemy Creatures as possible before being destroyed themselves. Each dungeon has a few things in common.

With over 33 maps included in Company of Heroes and Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts, it may be difficult to become familiar with all of them. We're offering something to help: a map list that comes with detailed views of each multiplayer map in the game. Use it to gain the tactical edge in combat by being familiar with your surroundings, or just learn how Relic sets their maps up. Listed below are links to each map's entry.

Maps are battlefields in the game, where every battle is played. There are 13 maps in Strike Force Heroes 3. Each with a different theme and look. They can be found in campaign, quickmatches, side missions, daily mission, and custom games.

Maps in SFH3 are set on many locations across the world, and they are split into industrial area, urban area, jungle (forest) area, desert area and snowy area. In the campaign, maps are locations of GlobeX activity, and the SFH are sent to those locations to eliminate them.

In the first phase of the game, player fights on many different maps, but later old maps start appearing in the game again. Some maps appear very late in the game, like Ice Caverns. Map Street is location of all existing side missions, and the final battle, however, it is rarely battle location in the main campaign.

Water is a common part of the enviroment. There are few lakes in jungle maps. There is also rain in the Street and Caves. However, water is harmless to soldiers, even if you crouch and dive entirely into it you won't lose breath. Only exception is the Frigate map, which is a huge ship sailing in the ocean, so falling off from it is instant death. Bugs and fishes can be found moving in jungle lakes.

Some enviromental effects can kill or wound the player. On most maps, those traps are pits or holes that instantly kill soldiers if they fall in. Holes can be avoided, but it is neccessary to cross them on maps Factory and Gorge. That can make gameplay harder. Low level enemies often kill themselves because they can't cross gaps. Lava in Volcano map also instantly kills. Magnet in the Junkyard electrocutes and instantly kills everybody when touched. Frigate map is constantly moving, and falling off results in soldier drowning in the water.

Maps are the areas where all the fights happen. In Strike Force Heroes 2, there are 13 maps available, with 7 of them being unique and 6 of them being either recolors or slightly modified versions. Maps can have environmental effects, such as jump pads, or areas that slowly move you left or right, and environmental hazards, which are zones or things that can harm or kill anyone who comes close enough, such as the Disposal Beam.

The Mech map is set on top of the moving Mech, and is only met once, in the final Campaign level. It is unselectable in Custom Game, as well as being one of the smallest maps in the game, reminiscent of the Nuke map in SFH1. It could probably be described as the "Boss" map.

This map is only encountered once in the entire game, and is not selectable in Custom Game. It is a cross between the Mech, Factory (Mech) and Base maps, featuring the background of Base, the large Mech background and hazards of Factory (Mech) and the terrain features of Mech. The map can only be played on Challenge 14, Too Many Mechs, as it was specially designed to meet the specifications required for this mission. If Mech is a boss map, this is a super-boss map. ff782bc1db
