Every student within the University of Portsmouth has the chance in his final year to work on a actual project required by a client. For my case, I had the chance to work alongside 6 other people to build an artefact required by the UK Royal Navy.
The requirement was to develop a training simulator within Virtual Reality capabilities .
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we were unable to use the Oculus VR headset provided by the University anymore and thus the virtual reality side of the project had to be removed.
