The Access Road: 

East off Highway 11, onto Bidwell Road, and shortly on Bidwell turn north (left) onto the logging road. 

> Travel slowly for 9 km (20-30 km/h slowly). Watch for logging trucks and wildlife. The little yellow km signs will tell you how far you are.
> Shortly past the 9km sign, turn north (left) onto the next road. Again, drive slowly; the driveway is rough. Cars, drive on high ground. You'll see the gate to the driveway.

> After 10 minutes, you'll arrive at Hermit Campgrounds.

Tips: 

From North Bay

Drive 30-45mins on Highway 11 North, towards Temagami...

> You'll see The Tomico Restaurant, White Pine Road, Yellow Stone Road, and Bedrock Road. You're within 5-10 mins of Bidwell Rd. 

 
From Temiskaming

Drive 1 hour on Highway 11 South, towards North Bay...

> You'll see The Rock Pine Restaurant (with a big fish statue), Beaver Land Camp, or Marten River Road(green sign). You're within 5-10 mins of Bidwell Rd.
