• Informational & Creative Use Only: The Service provides automated responses generated by artificial intelligence. Output is provided for general informational, assistive, and entertainment purposes.

• No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Never rely on the Service as a substitute for professional counsel.

• Accuracy & Hallucinations: AI models may occasionally produce incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or biased information ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any generated output before relying on it.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

4. User Content & Ownership

• Your Inputs: You retain all ownership rights to the prompts, text, images, and files you input into the Service ("Input").

• Generated Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you all our rights, title, and interest (if any) in the output generated by the Service ("Output").

• Similarity of Output: Due to the probabilistic nature of AI, different users submitting similar prompts may receive identical or similar outputs. You do not gain exclusive rights over outputs generated for other users.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

• Billing: Paid subscriptions and consumable credits are billed in advance via the respective platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe).

• Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
