Herbalife requires all Members to Herbalife sponsor ID purchase a Herbalife Nutrition Member Pack (HMP) when they first join the Company. The HMP includes products, literature and sales aids.
Members must submit all Membership Applications and Agreements in their personal capacity, unless Herbalife agrees to add the name of a spouse or Life Partner to the Member’s account for recognition purposes. Herbalife may adjust the volume and compensation of any Members who violate this Rule.
Members must purchase Herbalife products directly from the Company or their Sponsor or their first upline Fully Qualified Supervisor, if applicable. Members may not buy Herbalife products on behalf of non-Supervisors, except when ordering for their own consumption.

Herbalife encourages Members to build their businesses debt-free. Members are not allowed to loan or give money to others that would be used for Herbalife business purposes, including inventory, sales aids and promotional materials.
Herbalife reserves the right to decline to accept or approve any Application, in whole or in part, at any time. Herbalife also reserves the right to terminate any Membership in the event the Member engages in activities that diminish, damage or weaken Herbalife’s reputation, image, products, intellectual property, or goodwill.

A distributor that wishes to change their Herbalife sponsor can do so by submitting a notarized Change of Sponsorship form to Herbalife along with supporting documentation. The proposed new sponsor must also agree to assume responsibility for the Distributorship’s business activity, comply with Herbalife’s Period of Inactivity Rule and Sales & Marketing Plan production requirements.
In addition, a new sponsor must satisfy Herbalife Nutrition Club requirements before Herbalife will approve the transfer of a Distributorship. During the transition, Herbalife will review the business of the existing Distributorship to ensure it meets all Herbalife requirements and is not being conducted in violation of any laws or regulations. Herbalife reserves the right to make changes as deemed necessary.
